Project Description

One Montgomery Plaza is the County Government Office Building for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. MPG completed a comprehensive rehabilitation of the entire multi-level parking garage at the base of the building and portions of the exterior plaza.

The work was extensive and included large scale full depth slab replacement; partial depth slab repairs; crack repairs; vertical spall repairs; precast concrete repairs; cast-in-place concrete curbs and sidewalks; steel deck replacement; structural steel repairs and replacement; fireproofing of structural steel; epoxy overlays; traffic deck coatings; line striping; unit masonry repairs; sub-grade waterproofing membranes; and sealant joint replacement.
