Project Description

This ultra-luxury residential high-rise stands a proud 31 stories tall, overlooking the prominent Rittenhouse Square in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Hanging from the rooftop on suspended scaffolding systems high above the busy streets below, implementing an approach in managing complicated logistics, access and staging while executing the work with minimal disruption to building occupants were key elements in the successful completion of this project. MPG’s scope of work included the 100% complete removal and replacement of all building façade joint sealants. Other work such as stucco repairs, patching and coatings was also performed at the penthouse level.
