Project Description

At an impressive 40,000 square feet, this Sikalastic Clearglaze waterproofing project is the largest of its kind to have been completed, the world over. MPG’s talented team spent several months working on extremely hot surfaces applying a multi-step, fluid applied waterproofing and creating a continuous membrane over the entirety of this enormous skylight system. The project will extend the service life of these skylights for many years to come at a fraction of the cost of replacement, while maintaining translucence. This project won a 2024 Best Project award from Sika, a global market manufacturer. MPG is a certified applicator for Sikalstic and Sika Roof Pro fluid applied waterproofing product lines.
