Project Description

MPG installed this Sika Roof Pro waterproofing roof membrane over 11,000 SF of rooftop pool deck at the Kennedy House Apartments. The project included removal of the existing outdoor carpet floor covering and roofing membrane; scarification of the concrete deck; concrete repairs; joint sealants replacement; and installation of a fluid applied, reinforced waterproofing membrane with a broadcast aggregate topcoat. As a fluid applied system, it creates a completely seamless membrane. Not only does it look great, it’s also a high performance system with a 20 year manufacturer warranty. MPG is a certified applicator for Sika’s Sikalastic and Roof Pro fluid applied waterproofing systems.
