Project Description

250 South 18^th Street is a 15-story residential condominium complex in Center City, Philadelphia. The limestone and brick exterior of this registered historic building shows prominently on the south side of the city’s upscale Rittenhouse Square.

MPG was selected by the building owner to complete exterior restoration work including, but not limited to: restoration and replacement of structural concrete balconies; structural steel repairs and replacement; balcony deck coatings; patching and refinishing of terra cotta elements; masonry repointing; and replacement of exterior sealant joints.
