Cityview II Condominiums is a 28-story residential high-rise standing 255 feet tall in the Art Museum / Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia. MPG was selected to perform a comprehensive façade repair project including EIFS repairs, 100% replacement of exterior sealant joints and 100% waterproof recoating of the EIFS.
